1. Do I have to have my own supplies and equipment or the service is using theirs?
We want to give our clients control over the product used. Therefore, we typically use our client’s equipment and preferred cleaning supplies. In order to make the cleaning service more effective we do suggest that you have the following basic items available for us to use:
Clean rags or cloths
Brushes / sponges
A duster / a mop / a bucket
For more detailed jobs we provide our special vacuum cleaner with scratch/proof brush for wooden floors, tile floors and stairways.
Upon request, we can use our own supplies at an additional charge.
Please make sure the vacuum cleaner is in good condition.
2. Do I have to be present during the cleaning or can I leave the house with the maids and give home access?
You do not have to be present during the cleaning. Please make sure we are able to gain entry into your home. To make access into your home easier you can provide us with keys, as many of our customers already do.
3. What if I decide to cancel my appointment?
We will appreciate if we will be notified about a rescheduling or cancellation of a cleaning appointment 4 days in advance. If for any reason, you don’t cancel 24 hours in advance and/or our maid don’t gain access into your home on the day of your cleaning appointment, we will charge you full price.
4. Is it okay when pets are present during the cleaning?
That’s fine when they are present, but we do ask our clients before the cleaning, to make sure your pets are secured – comfortable and stress free, and away from cleaning area, in order to do our job more efficient.
5. What price will I pay for cleaning my house/apartment?
The price of our service depends on the type of cleaning, the size of your house or apartment in square feet, number of rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, and number of levels within house or apartment. The frequency of cleaning appointments affects the price as well. -Regular clients should pay the same day of the service.
-Move-out clients must pay before our cleaning professionals begin their job.
6. What is the difference between regular cleaning and deep cleaning?
We do offer both. Deep cleaning has the same checkpoints as regular cleaning but additional service is, cleaning the inside of refrigerator, oven, and ca$inets, inside window washing, polishing silver, spring and fall cleaning, as well as any requests that we are able to do for you.
7. Do you change linens?
If you would like us to change the bedding please leave fresh linens on top of the bed/s at no additional cost.
